How our meetups work

We usually meet every 2-3 weeks, on Saturday or Sunday.

☕Café meetups

  • Small meetups in cozy cafés with booked area just for our group.

  • 5–7 families, reservation, kids corner, coffee & snacks.

🌳Outdoor meetups

  • Parks and playgrounds in spring/summer.

  • Open to more families.

  • Blankets, snacks, games

  • Free and more space to move around.

🏡Community spaces

  • Open to more families.

  • Free and more space to move around.

We mostly meet  in central Warsaw, Żoliborz, Mokotów and nearby areas.

Meetup sign-up process

This process is still evolving – we’ll keep it simple and fair for everyone.

1.      Meetup is announced in our WhatsApp group (date, time, district).

2.      A short sign-up form is shared – first come, first served.

3.     We usually host 6 confirmed families per meetup, plus 1–2 on the waiting list

4.      Confirmed families join a small WhatsApp mini-chat for logistics, intros & exact location.

5.      Families on the waiting list get 24h priority early access for the next meetup.

Typical meetup flow

0:00–0:15 — Arrival, coffee, kids explore the play area & make name badges

0:15–0:25 — Short hello circle & introductions

0:25–… — Free play for kids, relaxed chats for parents

Optional: A simple English song or story — depending on the mood

Each meetup lasts 3 hours, but if you need or want to leave earlier - no problem! Whatever suits your family.
